Absolutely, you can change to any plan you would like to at anytime you want. If you need some help when changing plan, don’t hesitate to contact us.

Unfortunately, that is not possible at the moment. Although the system allows you to be part of multiple organizations, however, each needs to setup its own plan and billing information. Let us know if you have a particular situation and we will see what we can do to help.

That’s not possible, and we do not plan on offering a self-hosted or desktop version for the software.

All BoardManagement customer data is hosted on multi-master horizontal partitioning also known as sharded databases. This method allows little to no interruptions to service in the event of a single server outage. Hot spares of all our infrastructure components are running and available to be brought into rotation at all times.

We can accept payments in US Dollar only at the moment.

We’ve built in discounts at each tier for organization smaller than 100 members. We also offer two months for free in exchange for an annual subscription.

Our subscriptions are tiered, based on the number of members/people you have in your account. The price posted on the website is what you will pay for up to the head counts on your account. On average, organizations pay $2/month/user.

There are several tools out there that focus on a single board challenge — like meeting management, 1:1 messaging, group document, knowledge management, and others. We don’t consider any of these competitors.

We built Board Management for the modern board that needs to address several of these challenges in one place, together, in a way that just works. All data transfer is encrypted — whether users are at their computer or on their phone, absolutely nothing goes over the network without encryption. Board Management uses 256-bit AES, supports TLS 1.2 for all of your information, and uses the ECDHE_RSA Key Exchange Algorithm. We monitor the security community’s output closely and work promptly to upgrade the service to respond to new vulnerabilities as they are discovered.

Absolutely, you can be part of or manage as many accounts as you want with your profile/email account. All you need to do is to do is to go to your account selection and click on the create account button to get your other board going. Good luck.

You can use your credit card to pay for any plan. If you are not able to pay with credit card for any reason – please contact us and we will work with you on other payment arrangements.

The best way to explore the features is to register or get invited to Board Management and play around. The tools include scheduling, meeting agenda, mass messaging, file sharing, grouping and more. You can use each feature with members in your group but also with your contacts that are not in any of your groups. For instance, you can send a message to anyone in your group or committee list.

The free trial gives you and your board members the chance to familiarize yourselves with the software and test its capabilities for 30 days. No risk, no obligation, no credit card required and you can cancel anytime.

We use the pre-billing method and charge upfront. Whereas your first payment will apply as soon as your 30 days trial is done. If you select the yearly payment option for your account, then your invoice will be sent to you on the 11th month. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners, and  Discover.
