Pricing & Billing FAQs
Our subscriptions are tiered, based on the number of members/people you have in your account. The price posted on the website is what you will pay for up to the head counts on your account. On average, organizations pay $2/month/user.
We use the pre-billing method and charge upfront. Whereas your first payment will apply as soon as your 30 days trial is done. If you select the yearly payment option for your account, then your invoice will be sent to you on the 11th month. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners, Discover.
Unfortunately, that is not possible at the moment. Although the system allows you to be part of multiple organizations, however, each needs to setup its own plan and billing information. Let us know if you have a particular situation and we will see what we can do to help.
Any organization, board or group can use the lifetime free account. The catch is that it’s only available for an account that has three members or less.
It is a chance for you and your board members to familiarize yourselves with the software and test its capabilities for 30 days. No risk, no obligation, no credit card required and you can cancel anytime.
Absolutely, you can change to any plan you would like to at anytime you want. If you need some help when changing plan, don’t hesitate to contact us.
Yes, you can cancel your account anytime by clicking “Cancel My Account” from your account settings. There is no long term contract for our software. No questions will be asked, although, we would love to get your feedback onto why you want to cancel, so we can improve and do better next time.
We do not offer refunds.
You can use your credit card to pay for any plan. If you are not able to pay with credit card for any reason – please contact us and we will work with you on other payment arrangements.
We’ve built in discounts at each tier for organization smaller than 100 members. We also offer two months for free in exchange for an annual subscription.
