We want to cancel our account/subscription. How do we do that? Can we get a refund?

Yes, you can cancel your account anytime by clicking “Cancel My Account” from your account settings. There is no long term contract for our software. No questions will be asked, although, we would love to get your feedback onto why you want to cancel, so we can improve and do better next time.

We do not offer refunds.
